An experiential ad campaign for a local favorite

Nightingale Ice Cream Sandwiches, a Richmond, VA delicacy, is expanding quickly and going from being in a few local stores in 2016 to being distributed nationally by Walmart. While this is welcome news for such a sweet company, it did worry the husband and wife creators, who still want to keep Nightingale's local feel. I set out in this campaign to try and show how Nightingale, regardless of how big they become will always hold Richmond near and dear. This idea came to life with an experiential campaign, creating a scavenger hunt to multiple historical locations around Richmond that eventually led to an Ice Cream Wonderland in an old building downtown. This was able to give people a fun adventure, showcasing Nightingale as a local company and creating an air of exclusivity to the brand.
